Range of motion / freedom of movement demonstration after 360-degree spinal reconstruction

Nurses are amazing people. I am delighted that I could help this lovely lady with a severe problem at L4-5. Stage 1 anterior lumbar interbody fusion using a sleek integrated cage system; Stage 2 posterior robot-assisted instrumentation. Both stages done a few days apart, involving anterior and posterior decompression and stabilisation. Surgery done with real-time neurological monitoring of all limbs (MEP, SSEP), auto-transfusion (CellSaver) system, and intraoperative spin tomography. Not to mention the ever-faithful Mazor robot. Team of 12 for the two stages. Have a look at her motion post-op. Night vs. day compared to how she was pre-op., debilitated back then by lumbar and bilateral leg pain, neuroclaudication. Second lease on life. So happy to have treated this wonderful lady.
